Horsley Food and Music Festival
We are proud and delighted to announce that Horsley Towers have agreed to provide the backdrop to the Horsley Festival 2020 on Sunday 6 September. To maximize the scale of the occasion, they have agreed to move their annual “Open Day” to match our event and make the day even more exciting. The Community Activities and Allotments Task Group has enjoyed considerable success over the years with village celebrations and we are looking to build on that with a wide ranging schedule on the day that you will not want to miss. There will be something for everyone: a Food Festival, a Music Festival, a Classic Car display and children's entertainment.

Calling all foodie stallholders!
Combining great food and fabulous music is a winning formula and we are delighted to bring the concept to East Horsley.
Whether you serve up delicious hot food such as burgers, pizzas or paellas, or whether you specialise in selling artisan products like cheeses, breads, jams, preserves or smoked meats, we invite you to sign up to our inaugural event and book your space now to secure the best pitch.
Opposite you will find a plan of the grounds of Horsley Towers showing the music stage surrounded with food outlets either side serving ready to eat meals. Further back, slightly away from the music in a more relaxed setting, are pitches for suppliers of artisan products.
We’re anticipating as many as 3,000 hungry people to join us for the day. Set up is from 10am onwards and the doors open to the public at 12noon. The visitors will be entertained with live music from 1pm to 7pm so there’s plenty of time to serve hot and cold food or sell your produce.
The price of a pitch on the main arena will be just £150 and for an artisan stall set back from the arena, just £100. There is a 50% discount for local traders based in East or West Horsley.
With a great location, a superb arena, wonderful music, Open House at Horsley Towers and a classic car show, it’s going to be a fabulous day with the potential for traders to enjoy excellent trading.
If you are selling alcohol we have a premises license for on and off sales, you do not need to apply for a temporary event notice (TEN).
Please note that Risk Assessments, Proof of Liability Insurance etc will be required following your booking.
Also please note that the event’s organisers will require all Food Safety Certification and all usual safety certificates for any exhibitor selling on-site prepared food.
