BROADBAND EMAIL mailing error

Many Horsley residents will have received the official email from Openreach on 9 November, informing you that you can now order your new faster broadband service. I am afraid that these emails were sent out in error by Openreach.
Therefore, please do not yet try to order your new faster service. Your ISP will be unable to take that order and, in some cases, may even try to “sell” you an upgrade that will NOT meet the conditions of your pledged voucher.
We understand that Openreach will be sending out a new email to correct this error.
We will of course advise you as soon as we have an update from Openreach as to when we will really be able to place an order. This is still expected to be around the end of November for most of East Horsley (and the end of January for West Horsley).
The good news is that the first residents have been connected to ultrafast broadband and the roll out will continue on a phased basis over the next three months.
