Surrey County Council (SCC) have proposed a reduction in the speed limit along Chalk Lane to 30 mph, East Horsley Parish Council (EHPC) however have requested that the limit be reduced to 20 mph.  Please click on link for a copy of EHPC's submission sent to SCC in connection with their consultation over this proposal.
