Council Planning & Environment Meetings are held in the Parish Council Meeting Room, East Horsley Village Hall, Kingston Avenue, East Horsley, KT24 6QT.
Members of the public and press are welcome to attend these meetings.
The Agenda for Tuesday 21st March is posted here and on our noticeboards at Bishopmead Parade, Effingham Mini Mart on Forest Road, & Station Parade,in the preceding week.
Any residents wishing to comment on a specific planning application should continue to submit these to Guildford Borough Council in the usual way - these are always considered by p arish councillors as part of their review process.
