Horsley Community Hub

The existing Horsley Library will be converted into a broader-based Community Hub serving a range of local community organizations, charities, and/or other public sector bodies. Library services will be maintained there but from a reduced space.,

The conversion to a Community Hub will enhance village community services and support the long-term viability of a well-regarded local facility. It will also help to support existing retailers through improved footfall and contribute towards sustaining the vitality of the village centre.
