MAMA MIA – ABBA REVIVAL TO STAR AT HORSLEY BIG DAY OUT
Time to search through the wardrobe for those thigh length white leather boots and sequinned shirts as we welcome the fabulous ABBA Revival, performing hits like Dancing Queen, Waterloo, Knowing Me Knowing You, Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A Man After Midnight), SOS, Super Trooper and many, many more. ABBA Revival will be supported by talented local bands so you can be sure of great musical entertainment throughout the afternoon.
In addition to music, we have all your favourite attractions including a classic car show that’s bigger and better than ever, a Family Fun area, tours of historic Horsley Towers, a Community Village, an Artisan Food Village and lots of delicious hot food to enjoy washed down with a glass of real ale from the Tillingbourne Brewery or a refreshing gin and tonic from local distilleries Silent Pool and Mews Gin.
Gates open at 1pm and the entertainment kicks off at 2pm. Entry is free for pedestrians but if you plan to arrive by car, there is a charge for the car park with profits going to charity. We would ask you not to park outside Horsley Towers as this prevents residents from parking. Book your car park space in advance HERE and save 20%.
After deductions for expenses, 100% of profits will go to the Cherry Trees Respite Home for Children with Disabilities based in nearby East Clandon. Every penny you spend will help us provide much needed funds for this very worthwhile charity.
Classic Car Show
Come and inspect more than a hundred classic cars, all produced in the 20th century, owned and cared for by local enthusiasts. The Classic Car Show is sponsored by Wills and Smerdon who will be presenting their prestigious trophy for the most impressive car in the show.
