Surrey County Council (SCC) is responsible for over 2000 miles of footpaths, bridleways, restricted byways and byways open to all traffic.The ROWIP is an important strategic policy document designed to ensure the rights of way fulfil their public service purpose. Accordingly, views of the public will be encompassed in the final document.
